We're excited about this new service, which we've been working hard to build since 2008. Here's a brief overview of what this new service has to offer.
- Clean up and removal of trash accumulations on vacant land
- Private (occupied) property clearing of junk in garages, attics, etc.
- Residential construction site cleanup: by periodic schedule or final clean up
- Roof tear-off: we'll remove residential roofing and haul the debris away
- Apartment and rental unit, post tenant eviction service (extreme condition recovery)
A Recent Worst Case Scenario: This vacant land on The Key Peninsula was in the process of being sold. The potential buyer stipulated that the property had to be cleared of trash left there by a previous owner. We were at a loss to determine what activity the previous owner had been engaged in.
A combination of machine and manual labor got the job done fast. We worked closely with the title company agent to ensure that the finished job met their requirements as well as satisfying the stipulations of the buyer.

More than 40 old tires. (3400 lbs. recycled) Was 3, 350 gal.diesel tanks.(3900 lbs. recycled)
The Bottom Line: A nasty mess on a beautiful water front site scrubbed clean and three happy clients - the title company, the property owner and the buyer. The neighbors were thrilled!
